JUDO

- Judo is a Japanese martial art founded in 1882 by Jigoro Kano. It is an Olympic sport that focuses on throwing an opponent to the ground and pinning them, or using joint locks and chokes to force submission. It emphasizes using an opponent’s force and momentum to control them rather than engaging in striking.
BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a ground-focused grappling martial art that was developed from Judo in the early 1900 and emphasizes leverage, control, and submission holds like joint locks and chokeholds to subdue opponents. It is designed to allow a smaller, weaker person to overcome a larger, stronger opponent, using timing, technique, and anatomy to achieve a submission.
CATCH WRESTLING

- Catch wrestling, or “catch as catch can,” is an aggressive 19th-century English submission grappling style that focuses on quickly securing submission holds and pinfalls by any means necessary, including powerful leg locks and dangerous cranks that are often forbidden in Judo and BJJ.

TEAM BELIEVE
Where we learn to fight while helping those who shouldn’t have to fight alone…
Our tuition helps make a difference beyond the classroom. A portion of every family’s tuition supports monthly donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, and Sunrise Camp, which provides unforgettable experiences for children with cancer and their siblings.
We also proudly contribute to a scholarship fund that provides financial assistance to a deserving recipient each holiday season, helping ensure that more children have the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
When you become part of our community, you’re not only investing in your child’s future—you’re helping support children and families in need.
